Sunil Kumar, born on 16 July 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has held the position of Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the Director at Bihar in the Department of Employment and Training, a role he assumed on 14 December 2025. Sunil Kumar continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
