Sunil Kumar, born on 16 July 1967, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree and has served in various capacities, including as Additional Secretary. Currently, he is the Director at Bihar in the Department of Employment and Training, a position he has held since 14 December 2025. Sunil Kumar continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
