Sunil Kumar, born on 25 May 1958, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Social Welfare Department and held the position of Director from 28 August 2017. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administration within his cadre until his retirement.
