Currently, she serves as the Additional Chief Secretary & Financial Commissioner at Haryana's Revenue and Disaster Management Department, a position she has held since January 28, 2026. Throughout her career, she has also held the role of Additional Chief Secretary. Misra is proficient in English, Hindi, and Urdu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
