Sumit Kumar Pandey, born on 28 February 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2021 batch, Madhya Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Mining Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. Throughout his service, he has held positions including Sub Divisional Magistrate and ADM & Collector (PPs). Currently, he is awaiting posting since 21 October 2025. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
