Sumant N Bhange, born on 22 July 1964, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2003 Maharashtra cadre. He holds an M.Sc. degree from Marathwada Agricultural University, Parbhani, Maharashtra. Currently serving as Secretary in the Social Justice and Special Assistance Department since 14 March 2022, Bhange has held various positions including Managing Director, Director, Chief Officer, District Collector, Chief Electoral Officer, and Junior Scale. He continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Maharashtra.
