Suman Sourav Mohanty, born on December 3, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2017 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he has served as Sub Divisional Officer, Assistant Magistrate and Collector, and Additional District Magistrate. Since October 27, 2025, he has been serving as Secretary in the Skill Development and Technical Education Department of West Bengal. He continues to be an active member of the Indian Administrative Service.
