Suman Billa, born on 24 December 1970, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1996 Kerala cadre. He holds an M.A. in English and an M.Phil. in Sino-Burmese Relations. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary & Director General in the Department of Tourism, Ministry of Tourism, New Delhi, since 19 May 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Principal Secretary, Joint Secretary, Chairman, Secretary, Commissioner, District Collector, Director, and Officer on Special Duty to Minister. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
