Sukriti Likhi, an IAS officer of the 1993 batch from the Haryana cadre, was born on 04/08/1968. She holds a B.A. and M.A. from Delhi University, along with an M.P.A. from Harvard University. Fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, she served as Chairperson at the Cabinet Secretariat.
