Sukhpal Singh Gill, born on 25 July 1947, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1988 Punjab cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Horticulture. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Secretary, Project Director, Transport Commissioner, Officer on Special Duty to Minister, Director, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and multiple terms as Special Secretary. His most recent position was Special Secretary in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises and Textiles Department from 21 July 2004 to 31 July 2007. Mr. Gill's extensive administrative experience spans diverse roles within the Punjab government.
