Sukh Lal Bharti, born on February 3, 1965, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2008 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. and an LL.B degree. Currently, he serves as Secretary at the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in Lucknow since February 9, 2023. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Special Secretary, Director, District Collector and Magistrate, Vice Chairman, and Managing Director. Bharti continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service, contributing to the administration of Uttar Pradesh.
