Suharsha Bhagat, born on March 27, 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds a B.Tech degree and has held the position of Additional Executive Director. Currently, he is the Director at Bihar in the Department of Land Records and Survey, a role he assumed on December 14, 2025. Suharsha Bhagat continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Bihar.
