Dr. Sudhir Kumar Goel, born on June 13, 1955, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Maharashtra cadre. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics, along with graduate and postgraduate degrees in Physics and Development Studies. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Commissioner, Director General, Settlement Commissioner, Municipal Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, District Collector, Director, CEO, and SDO. His most recent designation was Principal Secretary in the Department of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Cooperative, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Dr. Goel’s extensive service reflects a diverse administrative experience within the Maharashtra government.
