Sudhir Kumar, born on August 20, 1994, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2018 batch, serving in the Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.Sc. degree in Physics from the University of Delhi. Currently, he is the Special Secretary at Uttar Pradesh, a position he has held since October 8, 2025. He is also associated with the Stamp and Registration Department and holds the designation of Additional IG. Previously, Sudhir Kumar served as a Municipal Commissioner. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
