Sudhir Kumar, born on 27 March 1956, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Commerce and a graduate degree in Commerce. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including District Collector and Magistrate, Private Secretary, Director, Secretary, Joint Secretary, and Principal Secretary. His most recent designation was Member of the Road Transport and Highways Department, starting from 12 April 2013. His extensive experience spans multiple administrative roles at district and state levels, contributing to governance and public administration in Bihar.
