Sudhansu Mohan Samal, born on June 12, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2010 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, and an M.A. from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) Limited since February 6, 2026. His previous roles include Additional Secretary, District Collector and Magistrate, Director, Additional Commissioner, Deputy Secretary, Project Director, and Sub Collector. He is proficient in English and Oriya and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
