Sudhansu Mohan Samal, born on June 12, 1982, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2010 batch, Odisha cadre. He holds a B.A. from Utkal University, Bhubaneswar, and an M.A. from North Eastern Hill University, Shillong. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of Odisha Mining Corporation (OMC) Limited since February 6, 2026. Previously, he held the position of Additional Secretary.
