Sudhakar Shinde, born on April 12, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2015 Tripura cadre. He holds an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a B.Tech., and an M.Tech. in Food Technology from Marathwada Agricultural University. Currently serving in the State Rural Livelihood Promotion Society, he was Chief Executive Officer from May 29, 2019, to November 8, 2019. His previous roles include Joint Secretary, Sub Divisional Officer, Deputy CEO, OSD, Assistant Secretary, and Assistant Collector & Magistrate. He has been recognized with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan award.
