Sudeep Singh Dhillon, born on 16 December 1957, is a retired IAS officer from the 1984 Haryana cadre. He holds a B.E. in Civil Engineering, a PG Diploma in Structural Engineering, and a PG Diploma in Public Administration from Syracuse University. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary to the Government in the Women and Child Development Department from 21 August 2017, Additional Principal Secretary to the Chief Minister, Principal Secretary, Finance Commissioner, Commissioner & Special Secretary, and Managing Director. He received the National Award for e-Governance in 2008-09.
