Sudeep Jain, born on 16 May 1969, is a 1994 batch IAS officer of the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, an MBA in Marketing, and a certificate from the University of Washington. Currently, he serves as the Member Secretary at the National Commission for Women, Delhi, since 26 August 2025. His previous roles include Additional Secretary, Principal Secretary to Government, Deputy Election Commissioner, Chairman and Managing Director, Commissioner, Joint Secretary, District Collector, and Assistant Collector. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Tamil.
