Dr. Sudarsan Sethi, an IAS officer of the 1985 Rajasthan cadre, was born on August 6, 1959. He holds a P.G. in Political Science, an M.B.A. in Public Service from the UK, and an M.Phil. in Political Studies. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary, Commissioner & Secretary, Divisional Commissioner, Director, Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Collector, and SDO. Dr. Sethi retired as the Chairman of the Rajasthan Public Service Commission, a position he held from December 5, 2018.
