Subrata Biswas, born on December 3, 1966, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, assigned to the West Bengal cadre. Currently serving as the Senior Special Secretary in the Agriculture Department of West Bengal since February 12, 2025, he has previously held the position of Special Commissioner. Mr. Biswas continues to contribute to the state's administrative functions within the Agriculture Department.
