Subrat Kumar Sen, born on 25 October 1988, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2013 batch, assigned to the Bihar cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Delhi University. Currently, he serves as the Collector and District Magistrate of Muzaffarpur, a position he has held since 26 January 2024. Prior to this, he worked as an Assistant Secretary. He is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
