Subodh Yadav, born on August 5, 1972, is an IAS officer of the 1999 Karnataka cadre. He holds a B.E. from IIT Roorkee, an M.Tech., and an M.A. from IGNOU Delhi. Throughout his career, he has served in various capacities including Additional Secretary, Joint Secretary, Regional Commissioner, Secretary, Special Commissioner, Managing Director, Commissioner, State Project Director, and Additional Commercial Tax Commissioner. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Kannada. As of January 22, 2026, he is awaiting posting. Subodh Yadav continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
