Subodh Kumar Bara, born on July 2, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 batch, Bihar cadre. He served in the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations. His most recent designation was Deputy Secretary, a position he held from July 1, 1999, to July 31, 2001. Mr. Bara is a graduate and contributed to the administrative services during his tenure.
