Subir Kumar Bhadra, born on August 13, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1993 batch, West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including District Magistrate, Land Acquisition Collector, Additional District Magistrate, Joint Secretary, Director, Special Secretary, Managing Director, and Member Secretary. His most recent role was as Member Secretary at the State Commission for Backward Classes, West Bengal, from September 1, 2010, to August 12, 2012. Throughout his career, he contributed to the administrative framework of West Bengal until his retirement.
