Subhasish Panda, born on 27 October 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1997 batch, Himachal Pradesh cadre. He holds graduate, postgraduate, and M.Phil. qualifications. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, New Delhi, since 21 October 2024. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Vice-Chairman, Deputy Director, Joint Secretary, Director, CEO & Secretary, Managing Director, Adviser, Deputy Commissioner, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Sub Divisional Officer, and Block Development Officer. He is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. Subhasish Panda continues to serve in the IAS.
