Subhash Chandra, born on 15 September 1964, is a 2009 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds an M.B.A. and is currently serving as Secretary at Goa in the Social Welfare Department since 31 May 2022. Throughout his career, he has held positions including Secretary to Government and Special Commissioner. Subhash Chandra continues to contribute to public administration in his current role.
