Subhash C Pahari, born on December 7, 1943, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1990 West Bengal cadre. A graduate by education, he served in various capacities including Joint Secretary, Deputy Secretary Equivalent, Land Manager, Special Secretary, and Additional District Magistrate. His most recent position was Joint Secretary in the Women and Child Development and Social Welfare Department from January 1, 2003, to December 31, 2003. Throughout his career, he contributed to administrative functions within the state cadre before retiring from service.
