Subhas Chandra Lal Das, born on April 10, 1966, is a 1992 batch IAS officer of the A G M U T cadre. He holds a B.Sc. in Statistics and an LL.M. from Delhi University, along with an M.P.H. from Johns Hopkins University. Currently serving as Secretary in the Department of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises since June 13, 2023, he has held various positions including Secretary, Director, Joint Secretary, Principal Finance Secretary Joint Equivalent, Contracts Officer, Deputy Secretary, and Additional Secretary to the Lieutenant Governor. He is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
