Subash C Mishra, born on September 21, 1964, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1989 batch, Bihar cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration. During his career, he served as Sub-Divisional Magistrate from July 1, 1993, to January 1, 2000, and previously held the position of Sub-Divisional Officer. His most recent role was with the Land Revenue Department as Director of Census Operations.
