Stuti Charan, an IAS officer of the 2013 Gujarat cadre, was born on 27 October 1985. She holds a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Jai Narain Vyas University, an M.B.A. in HR & Marketing, and a P.G. in Planning from the International Management Institute. Currently, she serves as the Chief Executive Officer at the Water and Sanitation Management Organization (WASMO) in Gandhinagar, a position she has held since 30 January 2024. Her previous roles include Collector, Regional Commissioner of Municipalities, District Development Officer, Assistant Collector, and Assistant Secretary. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
