Sridhar Chiruvolu, born on 21 March 1972, is a 2001 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre. He holds a graduate degree in Agriculture and an M.Sc. in Genetics. Currently, he serves as Additional Secretary in the Prime Minister's Office, New Delhi since 1 April 2026. Throughout his career, he has held various positions including Joint Secretary, Deputy Director, State Project Director, Director, Managing Director, Chief Executive Officer, Chairman, Municipal Commissioner, District Collector and District Magistrate, and Deputy Development Commissioner. He is proficient in English and Telugu and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
