Sridhar Babu Addanki, born on July 8, 1981, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2008 batch, Uttarakhand cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Computer Science from JNTU Hyderabad, an M.A. in Public Administration from IGNOU Delhi, and a Ph.D. in Tourism Development from Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya. Currently, he serves as Secretary in the Social Welfare Department, Uttarakhand, since April 9, 2025. His previous roles include Executive Director, Additional Secretary, Project Director, Staff Officer to Chief Secretary, District Magistrate, and Chief Development Officer. He is proficient in English and Telugu.
