Sparsh Gupta, born on April 29, 1991, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2019 batch, serving in the Bihar cadre. He holds an LL.B in Economics from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, Karnataka. Currently, he is the Managing Director of the Bihar State Seed Corporation, a position he has held since October 6, 2025. Prior to this, he served as a District Development Commissioner (DDC). Mr. Gupta continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Bihar through his dedicated service.
