Soumyaranjan Pradhan, born on August 29, 1996, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2022 batch, assigned to the Odisha cadre. He holds a B.Tech. degree in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Rourkela. Currently, he serves as the CDO-cum-EO at Kalahandi in the Zilla Parishad department, a position he has held since March 13, 2026. As an IAS officer, he continues to contribute to administrative functions within his cadre.
