Soumya Saurabh, born on November 5, 1990, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds a graduate degree in Textile Technology from IIT Delhi. Currently, she is the Deputy Commissioner / District Magistrate of North-West Delhi, a position she has held since April 9, 2026. Soumya has previously served as Deputy Commissioner. She is proficient in English and Hindi and continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
