Currently, she serves as the General Manager of Brihanmumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST), Mumbai, a position she has held since 28 September 2025. Throughout her career, Dr. Sethi has held various roles including Principal Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Joint Secretary, Transport Commissioner, District Collector, and Managing Director. She is proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Dr. Sethi remains in active service.
