Sonam Wangdi Bhutia, born on 25 May 1968, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2011 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and is proficient in Hindi and Bengali. Currently, he serves as the Special Commissioner at Siliguri in the GST department, a position he assumed on 1 January 2024. Mr. Bhutia continues to contribute to public administration within his cadre.
