Sonal Swaroop, born on July 10, 1985, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2012 batch, serving in the A G M U T cadre. She holds an M.B.B.S. degree from the University of Delhi. Currently, she is the Secretary of the Rural Development and Panchayati Raj Department, Arunachal Pradesh, a position she assumed on March 5, 2024.
