Sohan Lal, born on August 4, 1950, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1982 Rajasthan cadre. He holds a postgraduate degree in Personnel Management and a graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Assistant Magistrate, Sub-Divisional Officer, Deputy Secretary, District Collector and District Magistrate, Director, Vice Chairman, Chairman & Managing Director, Resident Commissioner, Commissioner, and Secretary. His most recent position was Secretary at Jaipur, Rajasthan, in the Directorate of Education from April 13, 2010, to August 31, 2010.
