Sobal Mardi, born on March 29, 1941, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 batch, West Bengal cadre. He served in the Social Justice and Empowerment Department. His most recent designation was Joint Commissioner, a position he held from July 1, 1995, to April 23, 1998. Throughout his career, he held the role of Joint Commissioner within the department.
