Smruti Ranjan Pradhan, born on January 5, 1970, is a 2012 batch Indian Administrative Service officer of the Odisha cadre. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore University and Sambalpur University, along with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. Currently, he serves as the Managing Director of the Odisha Small Industries Corporation since March 13, 2026. His previous roles include Additional Secretary and Collector & District Magistrate. Mr. Pradhan continues to contribute to the administrative framework of Odisha through his leadership and service.
