Smita Pandey, born on March 1, 1976, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2005 batch, West Bengal cadre. She holds a B.Sc., M.Sc., and M.C.M. from Lucknow University. Currently, she serves as the Additional Director General at West Bengal's Netaji Subhas Administrative Training Institute (NSATI), a position she has held since January 21, 2026. Previously, she has held the position of Secretary. Fluent in English and Hindi, Smita Pandey continues to contribute to the administrative framework of West Bengal.
