Skl Das, born on 14 February 1937, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1983 Bihar cadre. He holds graduate and postgraduate degrees in English. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Junior Scale, Managing Director, Charge Officer, Additional Collector, Deputy Development Commissioner, and Joint Secretary. He was the District Collector and Magistrate from June 1994 to February 1995. His last known departmental role was Director of Census Operations in the Land Revenue Department.
