Siyad N, born on 12 February 1989, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2014 batch, West Bengal cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication from the University of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram, and is a graduate in Communication from Kerala University College. Currently, he serves as the District Magistrate of North 24 Parganas, a position he has held since 7 March 2026. Siyad has previously served as a District Magistrate. He is proficient in English, Malayalam, and Bengali. He continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
