Siya Ram Meena, born on 23 August 1953, is a retired Indian Administrative Service officer from the 1986 Rajasthan cadre. He holds graduate degrees in Law and Geography, along with a postgraduate degree in Geography. Throughout his career, he served in various capacities including Principal Secretary, Secretary, Special Secretary, Managing Director, Commissioner, Inspector General, District Collector and District Magistrate, Additional Registrar, Deputy Secretary, Additional Commissioner, Additional Collector, and SDO. His most recent position was Director at the Horticulture Department in Jaipur, Rajasthan, from April to August 2013.
