Sital Chandra Mondal is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2011 batch, serving in the West Bengal cadre. Born on December 10, 1965, he holds a B.Ed. and an M.A. degree. Currently, he is the Senior Special Secretary in the Disaster Management and Civil Defence Department, a position he has held since January 1, 2024. Mr. Mondal continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to his department with his administrative expertise.
