Sipu Giri, born on June 7, 1995, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2017 batch, Uttar Pradesh cadre. He holds a B.A. in Humanities and an M.A. in Public Management from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Currently, he serves as the Municipal Commissioner at Saharanpur, a position he assumed on April 15, 2025. His previous roles include Assistant Secretary, Assistant Collector, and Executive Magistrate. Sipu Giri continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
