Simranjeet Singh Kahlon, born on 26 December 1986, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2016 batch, serving in the Tamil Nadu cadre. He holds a B.Tech. in Physics from the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. Currently, he is the Joint Commissioner at Chennai in the Municipal Administration department, a position he assumed on 12 July 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Assistant Secretary. Mr. Kahlon continues to serve in the Indian Administrative Service.
