Simi Karan, born on August 16, 1997, is an Indian Administrative Service officer from the 2020 batch, serving in the Assam Meghalaya cadre. She holds a B.Tech. degree in Electrical Engineering. Currently, she is the Deputy Commissioner at Tamulpur, Assam, a position she has held since December 26, 2025. Previously, she served as Joint Secretary. Simi Karan is proficient in Hindi and continues to serve in the IAS.
