Sikta Patnaik, born on 24 August 1987, is an Indian Administrative Service officer of the 2014 batch, serving in the Telangana cadre. She holds a graduate degree and an M.A. in Economics from the University of Delhi. Currently, she is the Special Secretary in the Finance Department, a position she has held since 26 February 2026. Previously, she served as Collector and District Magistrate. Sikta Patnaik is proficient in English, Hindi, and Oriya. She continues to serve in the IAS, contributing to the administration of Telangana.
